We provide emergency boarding for tenants, homeowners, landlords, letting agents, property management companies and even property developers.

The services can be in response to a range of scenarios, including vandalism, theft and burglary, accidental damage, break-ins and police raids.

Whilst our boarding services are largely in response to emergencies where a property needs securing, we have offered and continue to offer boarding solutions to property developers and landlords to mitigate risks of vandalism or damage to an unoccupied property. Of course, we have experience of working with insurance companies and are able to provide necessary documentation and estimates to assist with claims.

There are various factors that are considered when we provide a quote on boarding up windows or doors, these include:

• How many doors and windows are to be boarded?
• The area size to be boarded? And would it require boarding on both sides or only one side?
• Accessibility of the windows i.e. are they easy to reach or at a height would we require ladders or other equipment to access.
• The severity of damage that needs to be boarded. I.e. windows of an unoccupied property to prevent any damage will be different to a property that has broken windows whereby we will clean up and remove any dangerous glass before boarding up.
• How much travel time is needed for a job. We operate across Yorkshire and cover Leeds, Halifax, Bradford, Wakefield, Huddersfield and other surrounding towns and cities.
• Emergency response, some companies may charge a premium when they are called out in the middle of the night however, we don’t charge any extra and are available 24 hours a day and 7 days a week throughout the year.
